Rather than the typical one-night whirlwind, we’ve rented a farmhouse property for the weekend so we can spend meaningful time with the people we love most.
Think morning coffee on the porch, afternoon swims, movie nights, and impromptu hangouts, not just a quick hug on the dance floor. Because we’ll all be staying together, we’re keeping things casual and collaborative. Outside of the ceremony and dinner (which will be fully staffed), the rest of the weekend will be a team effort: help yourself to snacks, lend a hand brewing coffee, or join forces to pull together lunch.
It’s a wedding, yes, but it’s also a big shared weekend with our favorite people, and we’re so excited to spend it with you.
We’re doing things a little differently…
THURSDAY-
Check-in is after 4pm!
Wander the woods, meet the farm animals, swim, soak, play, or simply unwind. Grateful Woods has a little something for everyone. We'll regroup that evening for a cookout and a movie &/or games.
THE PATIO Cook Out: 6–10pm casual
FRIDAYTHE BARN Welcome Dinner: 7–9:30pm dressy casual

Choose your own adventure! Dabble in some pool time, yard games, or pop out to explore a local brewery or hike.
Later that evening, we’ll gather for pizza and wine surrounded by the people we love. Stick around for some s’mores and a bonfire!
THE WOODS Weddin’: 5-10pm summer garden party
SATURDAY-
The ceremony will be held in the woods behind the Barn, just across the bridge from the Grateful Woods property.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to grab a bev and mingle at the ceremony site!
Right after the “I dos,” we’ll roll into cocktail hour with drinks and lite bites on the patio of the Main Lodge before gathering for a sit-down dinner where stories will be shared, glasses raised, and a few speeches had.
Finally, bring your best moves for a night of dancing under the stars.
