We’re doing things a little differently — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Rather than the typical one-night whirlwind, we’ve rented a farmhouse property for the weekend so we can spend real, meaningful time with the people we love most.

Think morning coffee on the porch, afternoon swims, movie nights, and impromptu hangouts — not just a quick hug on the dance floor. Because we’ll all be staying together, we’re keeping things casual and collaborative. Outside of the ceremony and dinner (which will be fully staffed), the rest of the weekend will be a team effort: help yourself to snacks, lend a hand brewing coffee, or join forces to pull together lunch.

It’s a wedding, yes, but it’s also a big shared weekend with our favorite people. We’re so excited to spend it with you.

Grateful Woods Property When: all day

THURSDAY

  • Stroll through the woods, or make friends with the goats, cows, horses, and chickens (bribery encouraged—romaine, apples, and carrots go a long way!).

    Up for adventure? Swim in the natural watering hole and explore 75 acres of woods and meadows. Prefer to chill? Lounge by the heated saltwater pool or hot tub, nap in a hammock, or dive into a book in an Adirondack chair. Feeling competitive? We've got bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, corn hole, tetherball, can jam, board games, and puzzles waiting for you.

    Grateful Woods is full of cozy nooks, gathering spots, fire pits, and wellness spaces—so whether you’re in the mood to mingle or recharge, you’ll find your spot.

    At 8pm, we’ll regroup for an outdoor movie night.

The Farmhouse Lawn, Grateful Woods,
Dinner & Drinks: 7 PM – 9:30PM

FRIDAY

  • We’ll start with welcome drinks at the main lodge, then gather for a homemade rehearsal dinner made with love and wine in hand surrounded by the people we love. Stick around for some smores and a bonfire!

SATURDAY

The Barn, Grateful Woods
Weddin’: 5-10 PM

  • The ceremony will be held in the woods behind the Barn, just across the bridge from the Grateful Woods property. Please arrive 30 minutes early to grab a bev and mingle at the Barn house lawn! We kindly ask that everyone is seated by 4:45 PM so we can get this party started on time.

    Right after the “I dos,” we’ll roll into cocktail hour with drinks and lite bites on the patio of the Main Lodge before gathering for a sit-down dinner where stories will be shared, glasses raised, and a few speeches will be made.

    Finally, the lights go low and the music goes up—bring your best moves for a night of dancing under the stars.
