You’ve got questions we’ve got answers

We wish you could stay forever! Check-in time is Thursday after 4pm unless we have already communicated with you about an earlier check in.
Check-out is 11am on Sunday. Please make sure all trash is picked up in your designated rooms, and that shared spaces are generally tidy.

Please park in the small lot outside of the Barn, or in the parking lot area just outside the property. Please do not park in the main roundabout driveway.

Welcome Dinner is Dressy Casual: Dressy but comfortable! Think your favorite dress or jumpsuit, or dress pants with a fun shirt are perfect.
Attire for the Ceremony/Reception is Summer Garden Party: Ladies, the more color the better. Think bright, cheerful, and festive. Playful dresses and fun prints are welcome! Also, chunkier heels will be easiest with gravel and wood terrain. Gents, light suits or dress shirts with chinos work well… no need for anything too fancy-shmancy.
Most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel good! This weekend is all about celebrating and having fun, so come as you are, ready to enjoy the dance floor!

We'll have the Main Lodge and Farmhouse kitchens stocked with snacks, drinks, and breakfast and lunch essentials throughout the weekend. If you're staying in the Barn or Cottage, you're welcome to head over to the Main Lodge for breakfast or lunch. And if you're in the mood to venture out, there are plenty of great local spots nearby for coffee or a bite to eat! All dinners will be provided and shared as a group each night.

As we finalize our guest list, we have decided our wedding is exclusively for adults. We hope you can understand that we’d like to create a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere for all of our guests.
We realize this might impact your plans, and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to arrange childcare. We hope that you will still be able to join us for this special day, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be present with us in the moment. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to document as many memories throughout the night as you’d like. We’ll have a bunch of disposables and a camcorder to pass around… we want EVERY angle ;)

In late August, days will be hot and nights will be cool. Most of the events will take place outside, so a bathing suit and sunscreen during the day and cozies for the evening is recommended.
There are also hiking trails, farm animals to hang with, and yoga mats, so pack whatever suits your adventure!

If you’re staying on property and wondering, “where the heck do I go?” and “what do I do?” on the big day, don’t fret!
Join us for a tasty coffee and a yoga session before we part ways to get ready. Everyone is free to ebb and flow across the property and mix up the day’s activities.
*We ask that if the pool is used, everything is tidy and dry well before the ceremony! -
Kerhonkson is a tad off the beaten path. We’ll have a few cars already on property from folks driving in. For folks flying in, we are organizing a ride-share system to eliminate the need for rentals or ubers. We will try our best to make getting there as easy and cost-effective for everyone as possible!
