To help us with our planning and accommodation bookings, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline for RSVPing is [DATE], as we need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner.
We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance, we can make necessary adjustments to our plans. We can’t wait to see you on our bid day!

As we finalize our guest list, we have decided our wedding is exclusively for adults. We hope you can understand that we’d like to create a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere for all of our guests, and that pool/hot tub/ river safety is a large part of that decision.
We realize this might impact your plans, and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to arrange childcare. We hope that you will still be able to join us for this special day, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be present with us in the moment.
We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to document as many memories throughout the night as you’d like.

Attire for the Ceremony and Reception is Summer Garden Party vibes. Ladies, the more color the better… think flowy dresses or floral prints. Gents, light suits or dress shirts with chinos work well — no need for anything too fancy shmancy.
Most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel good! This day is all about celebrating and having fun, so come as you are, ready to enjoy the dance floor!

Please park in the small lot outside of the Barn, or in the parking lot area just outside the property. Please do not park in the main roundabout driveway.

We will provide food and drinks for the entire stay so we just need you to bring the fun!
Most of the events will take place outside so bathing suit and sunscreen during the day and cozies for night will be helpful.
There are also hiking trails, farm animals to hang with, and yoga mats — pack whatever suits your adventure!

If you’re staying on property and wondering, “where the heck do I go?” and “what do I do?” on the big day, don’t fret!
Join us for a tasty coffee and a dip in the pool before we part ways to get ready. Everyone is free to ebb and flow across the property and mix up the day’s activities, but here is a general breakdown of what to expect:
Ladies, join Leah in getting all dolled up, sippin’ on champagne, and ramping up the giddy up in the upstairs Barn Loft starting around ~3pm.Gents, join Matt on the bocce court and in the pool before heading to the Main lodge and dazzling up at ~4pm.
*We ask that if the pool is used, everything is tidy and dry before the ceremony!
